Served as the Creative Strategist behind a bespoke travel experience for 300+ members of The Gathering Spot in partnership with Delta Air Lines, The Coca-Cola Company, & Grey Goose. This coast-to-coast experience featured a weekend-long itinerary designed to celebrate community and The Gathering Spots’s expansion to the West Coast.

The Vision

Transport members from Atlanta to our new Los Angeles location through a fully customized travel experience that celebrated both cities' creative cultures while showcasing premium brand partnerships.

The Execution

In partnership with Delta Air Lines, The Coca-Cola Company, and Grey Goose, I designed a multi-touchpoint experience throughout the entire weekend.

Branded headrests & giftbags on the flight

Curated in-flight menu featuring Black-owned brands and cocktails from Grey Goose

Custom activity schedule, passports, and boarding passes

A hotel lobby takeover including a digital photo gallery, vinyl-wrapped elevators, a “Member” couch photo opp, custom coffee cups, and more
